7-7-2015 update to ref_plnx 'run_' batch files error out

Hello. I've just tried run the "run_all.bat" and "run_one.bat" batch files from the "Reference Designs for TE0720-02 for use with Vivado 2014.4 and Petalinux 2014.4" zip file found in the downloads section (http://www.trenz-electronic.de/de/download/d0/Trenz_Electronic/d1/TE0720-GigaZee/d2/reference_designs/d3/2014.4.html) and they both appear to exit with the same error:

ERROR: [Vivado 12-172] File or Directory './proj/TE0720_refplnx.srcs/sources_1/bd/Zynq_subsystem/hdl/Zynq_subsystem_wrapper.vhd' does not exist

I've attached a log file of the output. Please let me know how this can be corrected.

run_all.bat

would try to generate bitfiles for ALL module derivates, if do not want to generate files or all module derivates, you have no use for run_all.bat

run_one.bat

builds only for the selected module, that must work.
