TE0720 on TE0701 Carrier JTAG not working when FMC Card is present

Hi!

We are using the TE0720 Zynq module on a TE0701 carrier board in combination with an AD-FMCOMMS3-EBZ FMC card. As soon as the FMC card is mounted, the JTAG chain of the board is not working, although the FMC card has no JTAG devices on it. It simply connects signals FMC_TDI and FMC_TDO, while FMC_TCK and FMC_TMS are floating.

The reason for this behaviour - most likely - is a wrong JTAG signal assignment on the FMC connector of the TE0701 carrier board.
They do:
D29 -> FMC_TDI
D30 -> FMC_TDO
D31 -> FMC_TMS
D33 -> FMC_TCK

While the FMC Specification wants:
D29 -> TCK
D30 -> TDI
D31 -> TDO
D33 -> TMS

Most likely, this can be fixed with a Firmware upgrade for the CPLD on the TE0701 board...

Is there a solution or a workaround available now?
Just received a new TE0701-05 baseboard and it obviously still has this issue.
We really NEED to have the JTAG working to use ChipScope / ILA even with an FMC card equipped!

There is new CPLD firmware release in download area, the JTAG not there is issue is fixed.
Access to I2C on FMC Card from the Module is also possible with this update.

I push demo design that access I2C on FMC card soon into main reference designs
