Dear all,

I did a base board(adapter) with TE0600-02 board
http://www.trenz-electronic.de/products/fpga-boards/trenz-electronic/te0600.html

The TE0600-02 is fixed in my base board, power supply by 3.3V. I only use 3.3V bank0 and bank2 for control other devices.

First time, it is worked well. But now the board seem to be died. When I run the GigaBee XPS 14.2 Base test, the CMD write: "MCB3 DDR memory test fail".

The 3.3V power supply I convert from 5V using ST1S10PUR, but I use 0.8A for power supply other devices.
With good board, the power consumption about 5V, 1.31A.
With bad board, the power consuption only 5V 0.28A( can not boot), or 5V 0.5A( can not access DDR).

If you have any suggest for me to testing/repair, please guide me.

I do not see where to post the pdf design file for you to reference.

Thanks,
Dat
