I am currently designing a carrier board for the TEG2000 and would like to ask about the module's power supply.

The only information I found in the TRM is:

"Main module power supply. 0.5 A minimum. Power consumption depends mainly on the design and cooling solution."

Is there an estimate of the typical or maximum power consumption of the module?

We do not specify exact power consumption figures, as they depend entirely on your specific design and application. As a reference, you may use the theoretical maximum output power of the on-board DC/DC converters, which is 10 W.
