For TE0745, if only the baremetal code is presented, the code can access IIC and EMIO etc.

However, if in AMP mode (that is CPU0: linux, CPU1: baremetal code), the CPU1's code cannot access EMIO and IIC. Both the linux and the baremetal code are running, and the communication between CPU0 and CPU1 is OK.

We wonder what the problem is?

Hi,
this is more  question for AMD forum. I would suggest to write also there.
And check maybe:
https://docs.xilinx.com/r/2020.2-English/ug1137-zynq-ultrascale-mpsoc-swdev/Asymmetric-Multiprocessing-AMP
https://xilinx-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/A/pages/18841718/OpenAMP

Sorry I can't help much more at the moment.
