FPGA Module with Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A200T-2FBG484Cconnection with photon detector

Hello , I am working with Photon counting head model H10682, nowadays I plan to receive data to FPGA Module with Xilinx Artix-7 XC7A200T-2FBG484C. Please give some guidance about connection between these two (Hamamatsu H10682 and FPGA board), do I need external source like level shifter ?  In this case if I use MAX14850 as external resource is that suits ?
