Hi,

we are using the TE0820 modules in a product of ours and have now had two failures where the eMMC has failed on the module.

The controller still shows up in dmesg, but not the eMMC. Also, lsblk shows no disk:

# dmesg | grep mmc
[    0.000000] Kernel command line: earlycon console=ttyPS0,115200 clk_ignore_unused spidev.bufsiz=65536 uio_pdrv_genirq.of_id=generic-uio root=/dev/mmcblk1p2 rw rootwait rootdelay=1

 # lsblk

Do you have any idea of a possible cause?

Best regards

Hi,

the eMMC is also not found during the startup, otherwise a print like e.g.
  • mmc0: new high speed MMC card at address 0001
would be found.
Do you have the opportunity to test our prebuilt files?

Best regards,
Manuela
