The master pinout states that VCCIO13 is attached to VCCIO35 is this correct? Screenshot is attached.

on TE0703-4, this was the schematic name of the carrier net. On REV05 we have changed this to an general name. you can compare:

In general schematic names of carrier are not changed, so net names are not the same as on the modules.
I will changes this VCCIO names on the excel sheet so it's not so confusing.
