Title: How does a Zynqberry deal with high temperature?

I have run Zynqberry with Debian, but The ZYNQ Chip was so hot. If it is run for a long time, does the kit have any problems?

Hi,

did you measure the temperature?
You can try XADC over Vivado, this should not goes over 80C.

Maybe you should add a head sink.
