Is there a heat sink which fits the TE0745-02-30-1I module?

Hi,
yes, we have a special heat spreader, you'll find the drawing here:

It is not yet in our shop, please contact sales for availability.

Further, you should be able to use any heat sink for 26x26mm BGA.
