ok so i have a trenz te0726-03 whose jtag detects properly programs properly.. but when i try to do it for my te0726-04 it doesnt detect jtag..
1) device manager shows usb serial converter A and B as well as com port
2) vivado says : ERROR: [Labtoolstcl 44-26] No hardware targets exist on the server [localhost]
Check to make sure the cable targets connected to this machine are properly connected
and powered up, then use the disconnect_hw_server and connect_hw_server commands
to re-register the hardware targets.
3) i also used ftdi_prog utility to clone the same .xml for working te0726-03 on te0726-04..

make sure your board is powered sufficiently.
And can you try programming the FTDI device from Vivado with the example given (program_ftdi)?

Otherwise, a reinstall of the cable drivers might work.
