Hi,
I am evaluating TE0630 LX150 USB. I need to exchange data from and to a PC, store it in DDR memory and develepe some task on microblaze.
I have downloaded TE0630-reference_design-EDK-13.2-v1.0.4ca0645.zip. Is it the right starting point?
Thanks,
Charlie
Hi,
is there a reason why you want to start with with Spartan6 device? AMD(Xilinx) discontinued Software support(ISE and EDK) since 2013. Project you select is correct one for the module, but doesn't include file transfer. USB and provided was mainly used to update QSPI Flash with design. Fifo usage should be also possible, but we haven't any source for this purpose.
If you want to transfer data to native FPGA via USB, than maybe TE0713 is an alternative. It's an Artix 7 module and has onboard FTDI, which support up to USB3.

At the moment we have only a standard reference design online without FTDI usage:

But it's planned to provide one together with TE0703(only USB2 usage possible), if you write to support@trenz-electronic.de, than we can provide a preliminary version if needed?
