We have bought a TEC0097 PCIe carrier board (board is marked "Dubon Engineering") a while ago. I wonder where to get the Zynq vivado and xsdk project files to allow using it.

Hi,
unfortunally, we can't help for this product. This product was designed for "Dubon Egineering", you must contact them to get support files.
