Hello,
TE0720 description has efuse encryption.
Vivado requires JTAG BOOT mode for efuse encryption, but only SD boot mode or QSPI boot mode are available with TE0703 or TE0706.
Enabling JTAG boot mode in Zynq FSBL does not help because Vivado still see SD boot mode or QSPI boot mode.
Please provide a method for efuse encryption for TE0720-03-1CF and TE0720-03-1CR modules.

which vivado version did you use? As I know it was working also with QSPI/SD mode on older versions.

Which carrier did you use? You can reprogram CPLD only with carrier which has JTAGEN pin selectable.

I am primary use Vivado 2017.3.1, because newer versions of Vivado have bugs.
I have and tried both TE 0706 and TE0703 carrier board, but both did not work.
