What PA6E has
more than PA6B:
- a pin for external antenna connection
- in absence of an external antenna, PA6E will uses its own internal patch antenna for GPS reception similar to PA6B
- once the presence of external antenna is connected and current is detected, the module will switch to using external antenna instead
- automatic external/internal antenna switching capabilities using current detection (MediaTek GPS chip though can only process one incoming antenna signal at a time)
What PA6E has
less than PA6B:
Neither PA6B nor PA6E support RTCM.
