Hi,
unfortunally, we can't help for this product. This product was designed for "Dubon Egineering", you must contact them to get support files.

Trenz Electronic FPGA Modules / Re: TE0720-04 QSPI boot not wo...

Hi,

how did you use PGOOD Pin? With newest CPLD Firmware we add the option to use PGOOD Pin also as additional Mode pin(bidirectional pin, input used for boot mode and output for Power Monitoring). In case PGOOD Pin is drive low by carrier boot mode is changed to JTAG only, to program QSPI with newer version of VIVADO tools.

But in your case it sounds strange, because you say Mode Pin high is SD card, this should be QSPI as long as PGOOD pin is high. Do you have the original CPLD Firmware on the module? Or is it a typo? You mean high JTAG and low SD for TE0720-04?

Hi,
yes you can use board files from:
test_board\board_files\TE0820_3EG_1E\2.0

UltraScale / Ultrascale MPSoC + Zephyr A53
Last post by DR - July 25, 2024, 05:21:11 PM
Hey A53 Gurus,

Has anyone attempted to build a Zephyr project for the A53 cores on any of the Ultrascale + modules (e.g. TE0820)?
If so, can you share process, pointers, examples?

I am struggling to get Petalinux to run under our latest Fedora releases (unsupported), and also looking for something lighter weight.

I see there is support for the R5 cores, but not the A53 cores.
Also - It appears there is A53 support on other platforms like NXP.

Thanks much!

Trenz Electronic FPGA Modules / TE0720-04 QSPI boot not workin...
Last post by xkokes - July 25, 2024, 02:17:45 PM
Hi,
my boot.bin works fine via JTAG, but it is impossible to boot from QSPI on the TE0720-04 (on the TE0720-03 works the same boot.bin fine via QSPI).
We have the MODE pin floating, but I have tried keep to GND or 3V3, but no success.
The Vivado (2019.1) HW manager shows:
TE0720-04
- when boot MODE pin is high(floating) - The current boot mode is SD
- when boot MODE pin is low - The current boot mode is JTAG

TE0720-03
- when boot MODE pin is high(floating) - The current boot mode is QSPI
- when boot MODE pin is low - The current boot mode is SD

How can I get boot mode to QSPI on TE0720-04?

Thanks

We have bought a TEC0097 PCIe carrier board (board is marked "Dubon Engineering") a while ago. I wonder where to get the Zynq vivado and xsdk project files to allow using it.
Many thanks for any information.

Hi
It is valid to connect through SGMII a "1G/2.5G ethernet PCS/PMA orSGM" ipcore to a external ethernet phy board?

It is necessary that the SFP+ eeprom comes programmed in some special way?

Will the 03CG board's vivado reference design be compatible with the 3AE81MA module

Quote from: blipton on April 27, 2024, 06:16:45 AMSoftConsole/Eclipse works fine to Flash the elf to the SMF2000 device..  but I need to read the NVM and save it to a file.

And while a dump_image seems to exist for OpenOcd 0.10
( https://riverloopsecurity.com/blog/2021/07/hw-101-jtag-part3/ )

Telnetting to port 4444 doesn't work, but 3334 does.. which makes me think that the only way to get to openocd is thru 'fpserver'?

Any suggestions?
Hi I'm a new member and have the same question. Any solution?
