I've programmed my device with the reference design using prebuilt binaries.  However, it seems unable to communicate with the camera:

Init Start
Run init.sh from SD card
Rpi Cam 2.1
Raspberry Pi Camera Init v1.3
Unable to send data: No such device or address
Camera V2.X configuration
Unable to send data: No such device or address
Unable to send data: No such device or address

Unable to send data: No such device or address

Unable to send data: No such device or address
Model not supported!

Init End

Any ideas how to resolve?  Camera is Pi Camera 2.1.

I got this working.  It turned out to be a cable problem.  In case anyone else is having a problem, the i2cdetect -r 3 command should show a valid device at 0x10 for PI Camera 2.1.
