What I want to do is controlling LEDs on TE0720 from PL logic.
Following wiki page describes that SC Register CR1 controlls LED mapping,
but Register value is not written completely.

The complete TE0720 document gets full update so the initial document was not updated.

I added the LED programming values to the old document.
