Hello,

I am trying to generate (using Xilinx's Corereg) a memory interface controller for the Nanya NT5CB64M16DP-CF memory chip.
Unfortunately, Xilinx's Coregen only knows Micron memories. Is the Nanya NT5CB64M16DP-CF compatible to a specific Micron device ?

Hi Adrian,

So far we were using MIG generated for Micron SDRAM with other SDRAM chips and there were no problems.
I have even checked the SDRAM timing specs and usually they are almost the same as for Micron.
