J31-1: 24V
J31-2: GND
- Is J31-1 the one with a dot? I.e. the one towards the board?
- If I understand correctly, there is no serial interface (also not via USB) for the TE0745?
- With nothing else connected than network, (e.g. no PL program), the only way to see if the TE0745 operates is via network, and an SD boot image which have a well configured network interface to log in to the PS?

You can boot from SD or QSPI also. QSPI is accessible over JTAG with Xilinx tool.

For the TE0790, the default settings (S2-3 OFF, S2-4 OFF) will not power the USB chip from a TEB0745?
