Title: CYC1000 Static Power Consumption
Post by: Aidin on February 21, 2020, 01:21:14 PM
Hello,

I am planning to get CYC1000 for one of my projects. I just wanted to know the static power consumption. what is the current draw when you apply power to board?

Thanks
Aidin.

Update:
I measured the current draw on the TEI0003-01 board. I powered the board via the VIN pin (5V).
-> without FPGA design: approx. 60mA
-> with our reference design: approx. 100mA

Hi Thomas,

Appreciate your help and effort mate. This is pretty impressive . I am getting one ordered for our design then.

Cheers
Aidin.
