Title: zyncberry board definition file
Post by: svenssonjoel on March 15, 2016, 07:22:30 PM
Hello,

Just want to ask if there will be a Vivado board definition file for the zynqberry board (TE0726) ?
Or if there is sufficiently detailed specs somewhere so that I can try to create this def file myself ?

Thanks.

Hello,

you can use the reference project from: http://www.trenz-electronic.de/download/d0/Trenz_Electronic/d1/TE0726/d2/reference_designs/d3/2015.4/d4/hdmi_fb.html
The Board definition files are included.  You find some informations on: https://wiki.trenz-electronic.de/display/PD/Project+Delivery

To define an SDSoC Platform, we need to define both the software and hardware environments. Two XML files provide these definitions. One XML file describes the hardware (clocks, AXI Ports, and available interrupts) and the other file defines the software libraries.

Hi,
for SDSoC we provide for TE0726 at the moment only old 2016.2 SDSoC project, but this does not help much if you use newer SDSoC version:

You should use 2018.2 test board or demo reference design, prepare additional changes on the  block design like described on Xilinx SDSoC documentationand create SDSoC project by yourself  for SDSoC 2018.2 . See
