Title: The AAZ in the package number XCZU3EG-1SFVC784AAZ
Post by: tahirsengine on December 08, 2021, 09:06:54 AM
Hi all,
While purchasing a module I noticed that the module picture contains the part number XCZU3EG-1SFVC784AAZ  and the actual is XCZU3EG-1SFVC784E. Where can I find what is the meaning of AAZ designators? I mean any user guide or so.

Thanks

Hi,
which module did you bough? And which picture did you mean?
Can you send me the serial number of your module? It's the number on the small sticker with QR code.

@JH
I havent bought it yet, I am planning to buy. The picture on page is showing a part number with AAZ and down on the page in the part number AAZ is replaced with E. So E mean extended temperature range. What is AAZ? And similarly, is the picture used the actual picture or it is just a demonstration?

The product page is:

 TE0821-01-3BE21ML  is SFVC784 package with speed grade -1 and extended temp range.

Picture there is only an example.

But AAZ is Mask code, see:
