Title: BAT54C
Post by: hyuna on November 01, 2021, 11:07:26 AM
There is a diode for BAT54A. But its supply current does not suit my application.BAT54C is what I want. Schema symbol and PCB footprints are the same, only name changes. What are all the places I need to go to make the replacement?
If there already is a BAT54C part somewhere, then where is it?
I've read some articles like https://www.kynix.com/components/BAT54C-Schottky-Barrier-Diodes-CAD-Models-Datasheet-Features.html (https://www.kynix.com/components/BAT54C-Schottky-Barrier-Diodes-CAD-Models-Datasheet-Features.html), but I still have no idea.
Both are 3-bit level shifters if you want to know.

BAT54A and BAT54C are identiacal diode array with the same parameters, but in different configuration (A - common anode, C - common cathode)

Check different manufecturers, automotive grade parts. Could be that some can produce with higher current rating
