Hi,

I just bought a few custom heatsinks (https://shop.trenz-electronic.de/en/KK0745-02-Heat-Spreader-for-Trenz-Electronic-Modules-TE0745-02) to cool my 0745 som. In the website it is mentioned a gap filler is used to thermally connect the fpga to the heatsink. What is the type and brand of gap filler Trenz uses for this purpose? I would like to use the same.

we use: Berquist GF3500S35-00-60-50CC
