IS42S16320F
from ISSI could be one option, but possible Winbond has also similar chips.

Looks like a IS42S16320F-6BLI is 54 TWBGA 8x13mm the winbond is 8x8mm.

Quote from: BR on April 18, 2025, 02:48:22 PMHello,

There is a MAX1000 with 10M16 32MBytes 256Mb SDRAM chip type Winbond W9825G6KB-6.

It is possible to install 64MBytes 512Mb SDRAM on the board without pcb changes, what chip type is it?

Kind regards!

yes it would be possible, the PCB supports it.

Anyone?

For clarification it is the TEI0001-04-FBC84A MAX1000 board.

Kind regards!

we provide ready to use reference designs.
there are lots of Vivado resources on the web
bare-metal is not that recommended, but it is doable of course

sorry we can not help with custom IP cores.

CR00103 only boots from SPI flash, so it should work. It for sure works when we test the modules.

Hi
You pretty much need to write your own IP cores, there is no example from us available.

Hi
we really can not help out with LWIP issues. Sorry.

RPi5 has different GPIO as much as we know, so there could be problems. Unfortunatly we can not help as the RPi application is not developed by us.

Indeed, we used verilog file generated for another board to make this demo, so we had no LiteX board support. It is still planned but no timeline when it may come.
