I am planning to connect an ADC chip to the Zynqberry, which communicate with I2c, and I would like to ask about the connection possibilities:
- what about pins 27 and 28 (ID SDA and ID SCL) ? or I should connect it to other pins ?
would you please give me suggestions of the possible approaches with some Info...

this pins are I2C from MIO over I2C multiplexer, see also:

You can use this our route I2C interface over PL to other pins of the connector. Last option is to use I2C soft core on PL (Xilinx provide some for free or use our own).
