I used the ftdi FT_PROG utility to enable the Fast Serial Interface Mode and I have reprogrammed some of the e2 that has caused it to no longer work with the Xilinx tools. I have another TE0703-04 carrier board that still functions properly. The QR code text on the non functioning unit is 461872. Is there a solution to this?
