TE0703 is a carrier and xc7z020clg484-1 only the zynq device. We have different modules and assembly options with this device.
But I think you mean one of our TE0720 4x5 modules, correct?

At the moment we have only 2017.4 support. You can try out 2017.4 board part files on 2018.1, i think it should work (but it's not tested ). Next update from us is 2018.2, we have a lot of modules, so it's impossible to support all Vivado versions.

I am not sure from where I can download those files, Website looks a bit confusing.

- Unzip
- test_board\board_files\TE0720_1C (1.0 --> is for 1CF and 1CFA)
