I'm interested on this module: "SoC Module mit Xilinx Zynq XC7Z020-2CLG484I, 1 GByte DDR3, 4 x 5 cm, low profile", but I've seen that it's got low profile connectors and I´m not sure how different are from the normal B2B connectors, would it be compatible with the TE0703-05 carrier board?

yes it's compatible.
Stacking height is different so you need other distant bolts.
Also some electrical specification depends on stacking height.
