The FPGA XCZU2CG does not contain an GPU, but the Board does have DisplayPort. You may mean XCZU2EG instead.

For some modules and board we offer assembly options with different footprint compatible devices. Maybe it's a copy past mistake.

DP has on Interface and is realised with GTR on PS side, it's also possible on CG variants:

Oh OK, i didn't know that.
So is it possible to build a Linux with GUI like Gnome and run it on this Board? The GPU has then to be done in the PL Section or als pure Framebufferdevice?

DP is connected directly to PS. All is handled by PS. You get more information from Xilinx TRM:

on our reference design DP shows linux console and when you add keyboard you can login. GUI is also possible, we sometimes provide demos for debian (not for this board at the moment) but other linux distributions are also possible, see Xilinx documentation.
