TE0803 Pin Compatibility

We're considering a TE0803-02-02CG-1EA as we don't need the GPU or video capabilities. I'm told these SoMs won't be available before the end of the year and I'm wondering if all of these TE0803 modules are pin and power compatible such that I could develop with a more readily available EG or EV SoM and use it with our carrier board then swap in the CG SoM when it becomes available.

Thanks.

From the TRM it appears to me that SoMs with a U2 and U3 variant will be the most pin compatible as the same banks are available at J3 (per the footnote).

Hi,
TE0808, TE0807, TE0803 are mainly compatible and can be plugged on the TEF0808.
Main difference, TE0803 has other clk management than TE0808 and TE0807 and smaller variants has no PL MGTs.
In case of the pinout, only loc constrains must be changed in some cases. But only on different packages -> so between TE0808, TE0807 and TE0803.During one module series this is the same.  XCZU2 / XCZU3 and   XCZU4 / XCZU5has other bank names but the same loc constrains, you can also check schematics:
