TE0820 with 2 Gb of DDR

On this page https://wiki.trenz-electronic.de/display/PD/TE0820+Test+Board there is a "TE0820-02-2EG-1EE" reference for a TE0820 with 2 Gb of RAM.

This model is not available in the shop part, is this a model which is planned for a future date ?

it was in the shop. I'm not sure if it come back to the shop.
Please write to sales@trenz-electronic.de and ask there. Custom assembly variants are also possible, but prices depends on availability and quantity.
