TE0722 temperature

I got a new TE0722, with blank design and a 3.3v power supply, it got really hot about 60~65.
It's not good! I did not run any design yet!

Is this common or a design defect?

Hi,

this is normal, due to small size of the PCB itself the zynq chip will heat up even at normal 25 ambient to over 55C for sure.
