TE0741 and Toolz

I have to program the Flash on TE0741 for loading during Power ON.  I have read that Toolz is a good tool but could not find a guide.  Can anybody point me towards appropriate resources for using TOolz to program TE0741 flash?. Thanks.

you can just use Xilinx programming tools. ToolZ is a development tool that can be useful in some cases, but it is very much development level thing and has not much documentation at this time.

I programmed it using Vivado today and it was successful.  But I would like to program it using USB so would like to use xc3sprog.  Are there any reference for that or where I can get the required bscan files? Thanks.
