JTAG access for TRENZ Module TE0720

Hi,
I am using the TENZ Module TE0720-04 (TE0720-04-61Q33MA).
I got problems with the JTAG access (Using GÖPEL).
I like to access the ZYNC (JTAGMODE=0). I can readout the IDCODE of the ZYNC, but I can not shift IN any information. It looks for me like the connection of TDI (CPLD) and X_TDI is open.
If I swith to CPLD Mode (JTAGMODE=1) I have full access (The infrastructure test is running well).

At the moment I am not sure how the Lattice is programmed.
It comes preprogrammed from customer.

Is there a programming file available which bridges the testbus fully to the ZYNC?
