I am looking for test and survivability data on the TE0741 related to three axis vibration testing.

Additionally, we have found the reference to the heatsink - is there additional information specifying physical design constraints or recommendations when operating the industrial module at 75 degrees C? What is the maximum nonoperational temperature the board can withstand?

Thank you,

James

Hi,
we have some vibration data of similar modules done by customers. Please contact support for this. There is no direct data for TE0741.

Operating at 75°C is possible, depending on your FPGA Design, you have to take care for proper cooling. The stock cooler may not be OK for heavy loads. The stock cooler is also not OK for environments with high vibrations.
In any case, evaluation of needed cooling needs to be done. If you need help, please contact support. We can help in design of special cooling solutions, also for high vibration environments.

Max. storage temperature of TE0741 is 100°C, this is because of the Sitime clocks. If you need  higher storage temp, please contact support, we can discuss assembly variants.

Best Regards,
