From ZU+ MPSoC devices the ones with 100G Hard IP are not available as of today, 11G,17G,19G are not yet available. A soft core solution may be possible, the Transceivers can do 100G ethernet.

KU95 is possible the most available device with 100G hard IP, KU95 is a special devices, it is actual VIRTEX silicon die, not kintex, but is labelled as KU95 and does cost less than the same die sold as virtex.
