Jtag Interface doesn't work

Hi
I am using TE-6002 FPGA Micromodules and It have been working for three month.
But I encountered with a strange problem yesterday.
Jtag interface of Spartan-6 doesn't work.
I am using a usb jtag programmer.
How can I debug this problem?

Hi,
some more information would be nice:
- did it work initially?
- did you change the setup since then?
- current consumption of the module?
- are all powerrails OK?
- Software environment?
- exactly which JTAG programmer?
