FMC Board with SFP+ ports for TEBF0818

I am using the TE0817 SoM with the TEBF0818 carrier card. I want to extend the two SFP+ ports available on the system. I notice that there are more GTH lanes connected to the FMC connector on the board. What FMC board do you recommend to use with this system? Is it available for purchase and what is the approximate shipment time?
