Q: TE0300 or TE0320 are not recognized by Xilinx Impact, why?
The USB interface is not compatible with Xilinx Impact. For reprogramming of the SPI Flash, you need the firmware update tool, which is included in the reference design.
Since the firmware update tool writes the SPI Flash directly, we strongly recommend a JTAG cable during the development process, and using the firmware update tool only for field updates.
