Zynq pin electrical risk assesment

Hello
I am trying to asses the following situation, where a ZYNQ XC7Z030-2FBG676I has the attached circuit connected to pin B12_L15_P pin

What is the risk of failure of the pin due to power dissipation and heating? (we calculated 31 micro-Watts power dissipation)

What is the risk of failure of the entire Zynq device?

Hi,
same answer like on your email. You should not do this use levelshifter in case need 5V IOs.
