Tcl error in update procedure while setting value 'MMCM' on the parameter 'PRIMI

Hello,

when building the test board for TE0835 for zcu47 for vivado 2020.2 I have this error when building block design but not sure how to solve it sine the tcl scritps for the bd doesn't assign this configuration parameter
