TE0841 Not detecting and consuming 2A current

Hello,

I am using following boards. I am observing Board is consuming around 2A current @3.3V supply and FPGA is not detecting in JTAG chain(JTAG Digilent cable is detecting). 

TE0841-02 SoM
TEBA0841-02 Daughter board.
TE0790-03 XMOD

Can anyone help me to debug this issue.

2A with our without design? What did you do before it stops working?
Did you use a heat sink?

Hi John,

QSPI memory was programmed with counter logic. The board/fpga running counter design for 3-4 days.
Heat sink with fan connected to fpga.
