CYC1000 Dimensions
« on: September 30, 2021, 04:48:42 PM »
I am looking for the exact dimensions of the CYC1000. More importantly, the exact placement of the PMOD and MKR headers. The dimensions file on the website does not include the PMOD header, hence this post. Could someone please post the exact positions of the headers here?

Hi,
did you checked this document:
https://shop.trenz-electronic.de/en/TEI0003-02-CYC1000-with-Cyclone-10-FPGA-8-MByte-SDRAM?path=Trenz_Electronic/Modules_and_Module_Carriers/2.5x6.15/TEI0003/REV02/Documents
--> DIM-TEI0003-02.PDF
it includes dimensions and possition of the pmod(center point). Is this enough for you?

That will be enough. So the centre line of the mounting holes and the PMOD connecter is the same. Also the PMOD is placed centrally on the board. Is that correct?

Not directly, its a little bit shifted, so that the connector sleeve is flush with the module.

yes

Ok. To avoid any confusion, can you please confirm that the point marked by the red arrow in the attached image is the midpoint of the PMOD connecter? Thanks!

Hi,
i checked the project, the center point of the pads of the PMod is 0.291mm shifted inwards compared to the mounting holes, see attached picture
It is also possible to check the Step model, available in HW_Design section.
