I need an FPGA board that supports 3.3V LVCMOS I/O and 1.2V LVCMOS I/Os. The Xilinx 7-series (Spartan7, Artix7, etc.) FPGAs can support that, but are there any boards available that support changing the FPGA I/O banks Vcco?  If not directly supported, reasonable hardware mods would be fine too.

Thanks!

Hi,
many of our modules has variable bank voltages, where you can change bank voltages on carrier like you need
https://shop.trenz-electronic.de/en/Products/Trenz-Electronic/
for our 4x5 modules we have some overview where you can see which banks are variable:
https://wiki.trenz-electronic.de/display/PD/4+x+5+SoM+Integration+Guide#id-4x5SoMIntegrationGuide-ModulePowerConnectionTable

I need some more details spec to send you a more specific proposal
