Q: what recommendations shall I follow for the hardware development of custom Eddy-CPU base boards?

* connect all ground (GND) pins
* connect all supply voltage (Vcc / 3V3) pins
* connect FPG signal to

* high-level for normal operation
* low level for Flash programming
* pull up the PC16 (nRESET) signal to the supply voltage (Vcc / 3V3) through a 1 kohm resistor
