TE0820-03 with XCZU3EG will not boot at all

Hello together,

I'm new at this, but I have a problem on TE0820-03 with XCZU3EG (2Gb RAM). Device will not boot at all, neither from SD nor from flash.
However when I run the standard Hello_World application from SDK directly it will at least do something and "Hello World" will show at COM-Port.

ERR_OUT LED is always on and it seems not to boot at all. On a different device the tested Boot.bin will work just fine.

How can I get this hardware to boot again? Not even the fsbl-banner will be shown when I power it on.

Hello,
which carrier did you use? Is Boot Mode correct for SD Boot?
What did you do into the Boot.bin? Which format has your SD?
Did you try out the prebuilt Boot.bin from the reference design? https://wiki.trenz-electronic.de/display/PD/TE0820+Test+Board
Which exact assembly version did you use? I can check, if you send me the serial number.

We were able to fix it:

SD card was formatted in NTFS but FAT32 is neccessary.

With SD formatted in FAT32 prebuilt Boot.bin and custom Boot.bin are running.
