Ethernet not working on TE0715

I'm using the TE0715-04-30-1C, with a TE0703-06 carrier.
I've copied the supplied pre-built image files (/prebuilt/os/petalinux/1GB/image.ub and /prebuilt/boot_images/04_30_1c_1gb/u-boot/BOOT.bin) to the SD card.
It seems to boot fine into Linux, but the Ethernet interface is not working.
I've tried with an ethernet cable connected to the network, and also a direct cable connection to a laptop.

Boot transcript is attached.
Given that this is the supplied pre-built image, what am I doing wrong?

did you use the 2018.3 reference design?

Can you send me the serial number of your TE0715 to  support@trenz-electronic.de
