I have purchased two pieces of TE0808-04 trenz module, which are placed on my custom carrier board. I am able to run my FPGA without any issue's for a while. Recently, one of the FPGA module started malfunctioning, I did all the possible checks and narrowed down the issue to be with the Trenz FPGA module.
Is there a way to recover the FPGA something like factory reset. Any other ideas to solve the problem, will be very much helpful

Hi,

QuoteI am able to run my FPGA without any issue's for a while.
So at first all was OK, PS and PL was working fine with your configuration?

QuoteI did all the possible checks and narrowed down the issue to be with the Trenz FPGA module.
What did you check?
All power are OK?
All power good are OK
What's with your power on sequencing? PL  IO Bank power and all periphery power supply will be enabled when SoC core power is ready? Means you enable PS periphery power supply when PS-PGOOD  is high and PL periphery power supply when PL-PGOOD is high?

When you set boot mode to JTAG and you connect Vivado, what did you see? ARM and FPGA part? Or only FPGA and dummy dap?

Can you specify
QuoteFPGA module started malfunctioning,
a little bit more. I need a little bit more information to help.

Do you have TEBF0808 to test the module?
